Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 revealed a new map with 4 new POIs and some more changes. We got them all here for you.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is almost here. Now, the new map and new locations have been leaked! Here's what they are and what the map looks like now.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2: New Map & POIs Released!
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 has seen some significant changes. The snow area in the southeast has been completely replaced with the realm of the "good" gods. Instead of a simple POI, there is now an entire biome, and Olympus shines at the center.
On the opposite side, in the northwest, we have the underworld and everything related to it. There, Hades and Cerberus will reside. Ruined Reels has also received an update! But first, let's show you the new locations:
Mount Olympus
Mount Olympus is the home of the gods. In the game, you'll find Zeus and his mythical weapon here. The many buildings and the huge monument are truly phenomenal!
Grim Gate
Grim Gate is the border between the world of the living and the dead. The Styx is guarded by the three-headed watchdog Cerberus. You'll find this location on the west side of the island.
The Underworld
In The Underworld, there are abandoned ruins and poison-green fog. The underworld is guarded by none other than Hades himself!
Brawler’s Battleground
On Brawler’s Battleground, you'll meet the one true god of war, Ares. Who dares to stand against him?
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2: More Map Changes:
Some locations from the old map have been retained, and some have been adjusted. Here's what's happened on the map:
Ruined Reels Becomes Restored Reels
The Greek location at the center of the map will actually remain this season as well! It even receives an update. According to the well-known leaker FNBRintel, who has footage from a playtester, the ruins have been rebuilt.

The Hand Is Gone
The Hand, which originally held Pandora's Box, has now fallen into the river. It is also the starting point for the Underworld biome. Here too, FNBRintel has already leaked some information:

Old Vaults Opened
The vaults from the old season seem to remain. However, as the bosses disappear, they are now always open and contain significantly less loot for you. FNBRintel has also found footage here:
