And this year, players have the opportunity to visit the Lantern Fest Oasis and earn some XP. Let's dive into the details of the Fortnite Lantern Festival 2024 and find out what to expect from this remarkable event.
Fortnite Lantern Fest: Challenges & Rewards
Fortnite Creative has released a new island called "Lantern Fest Oasis" to coincide with the Lantern Fest. And just like every year, you can complete some challenges here to earn XP for your Battle Pass.
To join the island, simply enter the Island Code 5629-9147-3382 in the top left corner of the Fortnite search bar, and you'll be able to travel to the island.
Upon arrival, the following tasks await you:
- Finish Arena Challenges
- Finish Arcade Challenges
- Find all 4 lanterns
- Finish all 4 riddles
- Prepare the dining table

Throughout the festival, additional missions will be unlocked gradually.
The Lantern Festival 2024 takes place from March 10 at 12 PM ET to April 10, 2024, at 12 PM ET. By then, you should have time to complete the tasks.
