Grim Fandango
Grim Fandango is a real classic. It came out in the late 90s, but remains a comedic masterpiece to this day. It is dark, sarcastic, and just hilarious. Especially the dialogue between Manni and Glottis made this game really entertaining.
The Stanley Parable
The Stanley Parable is a game where you, Stanley, Employee 427, stranded in an empty office, need to figure out how and why all the other employees disappeared. While you are wandering around the office, a narrator voice comments on everything you do. Although the narrator has a full story prepared for you, that he wants you to perform, it is much funnier to just go against his plan from time to time, and that is when this game becomes hilarious.
Stanley Parable brilliantly combines satire, meta-humor, and player choice in a way that the game is always two steps ahead of you. With the game being self-aware about the fact that it is.... indeed... A GAME, it loves to make fun of itself, its mechanics, and the idea of choice. Every playthrough is different, and whether it's weird, dark, or just plain ridiculous, the narrator's commentary always fits perfectly.
Portal 1&2
The Portal games aren't just great for their innovative and unique puzzle mechanics, but this game also has one of the coolest and funniest villains in video game history: Glados.
Glados is an evil AI that follows you (playing as "Chell") throughout a laboratory, where you kind of play the role of a lab rat. Because of your trivial existence, Glados' expectations towards your intelligence are quite low and expresses that by talking down on you constantly. Filled with sarcasm, dark humor and oddity, Glados therefore manages to pull out some of the funniest lines.
A good example would be Glados getting mad and telling Chell that she is adopted and fat... Out of nowhere... But here are a few Glados quotes to light up your day:
