The tournament’s grand finals are scheduled from July 4 to 6 at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in Delhi, where 16 top teams will compete for the title and the largest prize pool BGMI has ever seen. The Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2025 has raised the stakes by increasing its prize pool from ₹2 crore to an impressive ₹4 crore ($467,000). This landmark announcement by Krafton marks the largest-ever prize pool in the history of BGMI esports in India, showing how competitive gaming is rapidly growing in the country.
The prize pool was boosted thanks to the active participation of gamers in the in-game event called Discovery Island, which started on May 17 and will continue until July 2, 2025.
In addition to the grand prize, players across India can still participate in the Discovery Island in-game event until July 1, 2025. This event offers exclusive BGMI esports-themed outfits and up to 50 in-game rewards.
Players who earn 3000 Exploration Points in Classic Mode are eligible for all six Discovery Island rewards, providing additional incentives for engagement beyond the tournament itself.
