New reports have revealed that NinjaJOD will join Mogo Esports after leaving Team iQOO Soul, following their disappointing run in BMPS 2024.
NinjaJOD, a popular player in the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) community, is reportedly joining Mogo Esports after leaving iQOO Soul. His departure from Team Soul follows their disappointing run in BMPS 2024, where they didn’t make it past the semifinals. Despite having talented players, the team struggled with coordination, which ultimately led to their early exit. While NinjaJOD brought a lot of firepower, the team just couldn’t find the right synergy.
NinjaJOD to Join Mogo Esports
NinjaJOD’s move to Mogo Esports isn’t exactly shocking. Fans had been speculating about this after Spower, another well-known player, left Mogo’s BGMI roster, leaving an open spot. ScoutOP, a respected figure in the BGMI scene, even helped NinjaJOD find his new team.
Mogo Esports has had a tough year so far, with several disappointing performances in major tournaments. Adding NinjaJOD to the lineup is seen as a major move to strengthen their team. Earlier in 2024, they made a few changes, including parting ways with Shogun and bringing in Spower, but even with Spower, they couldn’t turn things around. Now, with NinjaJOD onboard, fans are hopeful that Mogo Esports can finally start competing at a higher level again.
Meanwhile, there are rumors that Spower might rejoin Carnival Gaming, who recently dropped AkshaT from their team. But nothing’s confirmed yet, as Carnival Gaming hasn’t made any official announcements. Interestingly, all three teams—Mogo Esports, Team Soul, and Carnival Gaming—failed to qualify for BMPS 2024, showing just how competitive the BGMI scene is right now.
NinjaJOD’s Performance
This move to Mogo Esports marks a new chapter for NinjaJOD. He had only recently joined Team Soul, but because there wasn’t enough time to build proper chemistry with the team, his performance wasn’t at its usual top level. Team Soul’s coach had hinted that roster changes were coming, and it seems like NinjaJOD’s exit is part of that plan.
Despite this recent setback, NinjaJOD has a solid track record. He’s played with top teams like Team SoloMid (TSM), Gods Reign, and Team XSpark, winning several major tournaments along the way. Known for his consistent skills as an assaulter, he’s a valuable player, and Mogo Esports will be counting on his experience to help them perform better in future tournaments.
As for Team Soul, they’re now left to find a replacement for NinjaJOD. The current roster still includes players like Manya, Nakul, Rony, and Saumay, but it’s unclear who will step up to fill the gap.
For now, fans are eagerly waiting for an official announcement from the team about any new additions.
