In a surprising turn of events, Twitch streamer Kai Cenat treated his fans to an exclusive preview of an unreleased collaboration between hip-hop heavyweights Drake and Lil Yachty. Drake Sends New Song For Kai Cenat To Play On Stream

Kai Cenat, who has made a name for himself in the hip-hop community, notably earned a shout-out from Drake on his Kendrick Lamar diss track, "Push Ups." The two appear to share a mutual respect, with Drake even acknowledging Cenat during a 2023 show in Atlanta. "Make some noise for my brother Kai Cenat one time in here, you know," Drake told the crowd, solidifying their amicable relationship.

However, fans were still caught off guard when Cenat decided to play the unreleased song during his stream. Counting down from ten, the streamer let the track play in its entirety while he reacted live. The song opens with a beat and smooth cadence that are quintessentially Drake, reminiscent of the rapper’s recent works like "Her Loss" (2022) and "For All the Dogs" (2023).

As Cenat listened to the track for the first time, he couldn't contain his excitement. He strutted around the room while Drake’s verse, which references an unfaithful woman and includes a nod to Frank Ocean’s "Pyramids," played. There’s a brief instrumental break before Lil Yachty’s verse begins, prompting Cenat to impatiently ask, "Where you at, Boat?" Yachty’s distinctive vocal style adds a unique touch to the track, making it a pleasantly catchy deep cut that could anchor the back end of an album.

Drake has yet to comment on the leak, but Lil Yachty acknowledged the preview by reposting a snippet on his X account. The timing of the leak aligns with Drake’s recent remarks to DJ Akademiks about his intention to return to making hits. "Yo Ak, I’m back to giving everybody who loves me what they love from me," Drake reportedly said. While there's no word on when an official release of the Yachty collab might drop, fans can look forward to Drake's appearance on the new Gordo album "Diamante," set to release on July 27.In related news, Drake was recently involved in some controversy surrounding Kendrick Lamar’s song "Not Like Us." A Houston DJ, DJ Ari, went viral after claiming she “got in trouble” for playing the track in Houston clubs, leading to speculation that Drake and J Prince were behind it. However, DJ Ari later clarified via her Instagram Stories that neither Drake nor J Prince had instructed her to stop playing the song. "Promoters and people that respect those guys told me not to and it was understood. That’s it, that’s all," she explained. As fans eagerly await more information about the unreleased Drake and Lil Yachty track, Kai Cenat’s unexpected preview has certainly generated significant buzz, adding another memorable moment to his streaming career.
