India just locked in a massive spot on the global stage. ENC 2026 PUBG Mobile will bring 32 national teams to Riyadh this November, and India is one of 12 countries getting a direct invite before regional qualifiers even start. On top of that, India also received a Special Invite slot, making sure its flag is firmly in the mix for one of the biggest PUBG Mobile nation events of the year.
ENC 2026 PUBG Mobile format and schedule
ENC 2026 PUBG Mobile runs from November 3 to 8, 2026 in Riyadh. The tournament features 32 national teams and a $1.32 million prize pool, with every team getting a share. The event is split into two phases:
Group Stage (Nov 3–5)
- 32 teams seeded into four groups.
- Round-robin format across three days.
- Top four teams from each group advance to Grand Finals.
- The remaining 16 teams are eliminated from ENC 2026.
Grand Finals (Nov 6–8)
- 16 teams, three days, 18 matches total.
- One national squad walks away as Nations Cup champion, but all 32 participants still earn prize money.
This Nations Cup is part of a wider Esports World Cup ecosystem that now includes multiple mobile and PC titles, and PUBG Mobile gets one of the biggest national formats in that lineup.
Direct invites and Special Invites in PUBG Mobile ENC
Interest in ENC 2026 PUBG Mobile has been huge, with 124 national rosters submitted from countries and territories worldwide. From those, the Esports Foundation selected 12 nations for direct invitations via the official ENC Rankings. These rankings are based on points earned by players in official PUBG Mobile competitions prior to July 5, 2026.
Alongside the 12 ranking-based invites, four Special Invites were confirmed for China, South Korea, India, and Japan. These are reserved for regions that are strategically important or have operational complexities, ensuring they still get to compete even if they don’t qualify purely through rankings.
That’s where India comes in: even if the ranking path was complicated, the region’s importance to the PUBG Mobile ecosystem earned it a guaranteed place at ENC 2026 PUBG Mobile.
India’s squad for ENC 2026 PUBG Mobile
Team India for the PUBG Mobile Nations Cup 2026 is absolutely stacked. Six players and one coach have been selected:
- LEGIT – Yash Choudhary
- Nakul – Nakul Sharma (captain)
- AKOP – Ankit Shukla
- PAIN – Abhijot Singh
- Spower – Rudra Banswani
- Slug – Raghuraj Singh
- Ayogi – Rahul Sharma (coach)
Nakul and LEGIT come from Team Soul, who won BGIS 2026 earlier this year. Ayogi is their coach, so a big chunk of India’s Nations Cup lineup already has proven synergy from domestic success.
Spower recently lifted the BMPS 2026 trophy with GodLike Esports, and helped secure a slot for GodLike at PMWC 2026 in Paris. AKOP plays for Orangutan, who competed at PMGC 2025 and has already qualified for PMWC 2026 after strong showings in both BGIS and BMPS 2026.
Slug represents Divine Gaming, runners-up at BMPS 2026, where he took the MVP award in the Grand Finals with insane performances. Pain comes in from Revenant XSpark, adding more firepower and flexibility.
Under Nakul’s captaincy, this lineup pulls talent from multiple top Indian orgs rather than just one team, making ENC 2026 PUBG Mobile a true national all-star roster.
How the remaining Nations Cup spots will be filled
After the 12 direct invites and four Special Invites (including India), 16 more spots remain:
14 teams will qualify through regional qualifiers in:
- North & Central America
- South America
- Europe
- Middle East
- Africa
- Asia-Pacific
- Oceania
- 2 spots will be allocated via Host Region and Wildcards.
That means the field will combine ranking-based powerhouses, invited giants, and regional qualifier underdogs all in one tournament.
All in all, for India, this direct invite plus a Special Invite slot is a statement. It says the region is now central to the global PUBG Mobile competitive map again. With players like Nakul, LEGIT, Spower, AKOP, Slug, and Pain all already proven at BGIS, BMPS, PMGC, and PMWC level, ENC 2026 PUBG Mobile gives them a chance to show what an Indian superteam can do against the best national squads in the world.
