Developer Aihasto and publisher IndieArk announced that their mix of a mobile simulator and horror game will be released on December 11 for PC via stream.

Meet Mita – and run!

In MiSide you will meet Mita, a cute looking anime character and help her with her chores, cook for her and buy her gifts – as usual in a lot of social life simulations. But the longer the game goes on and the closer the bond between Mita and you grows, you will realize that the flashy avatar is very jealous and possessive – in a terrifying way.

The tone and art style of the game switches into a creepy atmosphere reminding you of how Doki Doki Literature Club felt, while you try to hide from a chainsaw swinging, doors open kicking Mita.

A creepy story with even creepier characters

MiSide features an original visual style emphasizing the contrast of a colorful, almost childish anime against the background of the disturbing, creepy adventures of the main characters.

The game tells a story full of unexpected developments and psychological tension while the story extends further and the atmospheric soundtrack makes sure that you won’t feel safe for a single minute.

Meet a ton of odd characters that might help you, scare or mess with you – but you can never really trust any of them, until it’s too late and Mita creeps up on you again.

The game will launch for PC via Stream on December 11 for $14,99 as announced by publisher IndieArk and developer Aihasto.

What do you think of MiSide? Are you a fan of games that surprise you with horror?
