The newest Dragon Ball game has just left early access, and the hype is real. A ton of fans rose their hands to give Goku some energy for his spirit bomb in the fight against Majin Boo.

This doesn’t come as a surprise since Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero features a great story mode as well as an impressive arena fighting mode. But thankfully, there's even more in store for us in the future.

Sparking! Zero to get at least three DLC expansions

As now confirmed by the Season Pass page on Steam, Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero will get at least three DLC expansions. The first one (releasing Q1 of next year) will contain playable characters from the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie, the second (also coming Q1 of 2025) will add characters from the upcoming Dragon Ball Daima anime, and the third DLC will be announced around Q2 of next year.

It seems the “Martial Arts Pack”, which was previously datamined by fans, is separate from these larger expansions, and will only focus on cosmetic content. We don't know when this will be released.

Which characters do you want to be included in the DLCs?
