GTA 6 fans made up some theories that are "proving" that the second trailer for the game is almost here.
We all know the “XYZ happens before we get GTA 6” meme – but for some people out there, it is more than a joke. GTA 6 fans are waiting frantically for any kind of information regarding the status of the new game. And if they can’t get any, they’re making it themselves.
It’s been more than a year now that Rockstar released the first trailer for GTA 6 and fans are yearning for more news.
So far, the only real update was the release window being set to Fall of 2025 by Rockstar’s parent company Take-Two.
But passionate fans don’t accept the silence and see quite the opposite in it – they’re sure it’s a sign that something is coming very soon.
On December 4, Rockstar posted three tweets on X (formerly Twitter) about a Red Dead Online event, new content for GTA Online and a Christmas sale. But while none of those acknowledged GTA 6 at all, fans are claiming this to be exactly the sign they have been waiting for.

The alleged proof: The last time Rockstar made three tweets in one day including a holiday sale announcement was when they released the first GTA 6 trailer.
An eager fan stated: “The theory that Rockstar are posting everything today to clear out a way for GTA 6 Trailer 2 may be true” and another claimed “Last year, Rockstar started a holiday sale 2 days before the announcement of GTA 6 Trailer 1 to capitalize on the hype”.
So far, nothing was confirmed or even mentioned by Rockstar, so all of these theories have to be taken with a grain of salt. Until we get any official news, we can keep using the meme.
