With version 2.7 about to be launched, let's peer into the future and take a look at the characters from version 3.0.
After version 2.7 that launches tomorrow, we are finally getting to an entirely new region: Amphoreus! HoYoverse have already revealed what characters are going to join our journey in version 3.0, and now leakers have been hard at work figuring out their kits.
The Herta's kit via HomDGCat and Shiroha
The Herta is going to be an Ice Erudition character, similar to her 4-star variant, and it seems like she might become the new strongest Ice DPS.

Skill
Deals Ice DMG to a single target and applies stacks of Clue. Then deals Ice DMG to this target and adjacent targets.
Enhanced Skill
Deals Ice DMG to a single target and applies stacks of Clue. Then deals Ice DMG to this target and adjacent targets. Then deals Ice DMG to all enmies.
Ultimate
Deals Ice DMG to all targets and takes a turn immediately. Increases ATK and gains 1 use of Enhanced Skill.
Passive
When using Enhanced Skill, increases the DMG multiplier of the current Skill based on the main target's Clue stacks, and removes all Clue stacks after the Skill. Every other Erudition character in the team increases this effect by 100%.
Enemies gain 1 stack of Clue upon entering battle. When an enemy is defeated, if their Clue stacks were not removed by Enhanced Skill, they will be transferred to the target with highest HP.
Traces
1. When allies perform an attack, regenerates Energy for Herta based on the number of targets hit.
2. If there are other Erudition characters in the team, increases all allies' Crit DMG.

Last Thread of Fate: When Garmentmaker disappears, up to 1 stack(s) of the SPD Boost from the Memosprite Talent can be retained. When Garmentmaker is summoned again, gains the corresponding number of SPD Boost stacks.
The Speeding Sol: When using Skill or when entering combat, increases DMG dealt by Garmentmaker by 30%, lasting for 5 turn(s). While Aglaea is in "Supreme Stance", Garmentmaker will keep this DMG Boost effect.

Basic ATK: Thorned Nectar
Deals Lightning DMG equal to 50% (130%) of Aglaea's ATK to one designated enemy.
Enhanced Basic ATK: Slash by a Thousandfold Kiss
Aglaea and Garmentmaker launches a joint attack on the target. Deals Lightning DMG to the target by an amount equal to 110.0% (140.0%) of Aglaea's ATK and 110.0% (140.0%) of Garmentmaker's ATK. And respectively deals Lightning DMG to the adjacent targets by an amount equal to 44% (56%) of Aglaea's ATK and 44% (56%) of Garmentmaker's ATK.
Skill: Rise, Exalted Renown
Restores HP to Garmentmaker by 25% (62%) of its Max HP. If Garmentmaker is absent, summons the memosprite Garmentmaker and this unit immediately takes action.
Memosprite Skill: Thorned Snare
Deals Lightning DMG equal to 55% (154%) ATK to one enemy, and Lightning DMG equal to 33% (92%) ATK to adjacent enemies.
Memosprite Talent: A Body Brewed by Tears
After attacking an enemy afflicted with "Seam Stitch," increases this unit's SPD by 48 (69), stacking up to 6 time(s).
Memosprite Talent: The Speeding Summer
When Garmentmaker is summoned, immediately advances this unit's action by 100%.
Memosprite Talent: Bloom of Drying Grass
When Garmentmaker disappears, regenerates 20 Energy for Aglaea.
Remembrance Trailblazer kit via Shiroha
The Trailblazer following the Path of Remembrance will be based around summons, similar to Aglaea, and wield the Ice element.

Skills

Skill: If "Mimi" is not present on the field, summons "Mimi." If "Mimi" is already present, restores its HP and charges "Mimi."
