A Cozy Game With Constant New Features
Travellers Rest is a cozy adventure game by Isolated Games where you inherit an old tavern and make it your mission to turn it into a comfortable and welcoming rest stop. This involves renovating the old building, farming your own ingredients and creating lovely meals and drinks for your guests. As your tavern grows, you can hire staff, unlock new items and decorate new rooms for your customers to rest in.
The game originally launched in 2020 but is still in early access and, therefore, regularly gets new features and updates. In 2023, a local multiplayer mode was added, and an online multiplayer mode is still being worked on. The online mode's beta has just been added, so now, you can co-run your pub with up to three friends from all around the world!
An Expanding World
But you don't have to exclusively stay inside of your tavern – in 2024, the developers also added a town you can explore, including new characters to talk to and a bazaar where you can buy unique objects:

The game's story is also still in development, so there's still a lot of new content coming out! Other recently added features include new character customization options, irrigation systems that take some of the plant watering work off your shoulders, and beekeeping that lets you produce honey and wax!
