On Monday, March 11, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested by Romanian authorities on UK charges. After a trial in Romania, the two are set to be extradited to the UK. The arrest was based on a tip, saying that the brothers were preparing to flee the country. This was obtained by McCue Law, the British firm that represents several of the Tates’ victims, accusing them of rape, physical and sexual assault.

The firm did not declare where they got this information from. According to reporting from Rolling Stone, however, it looks this tip came from an unusual source: the infamous streamer Adin Ross.

Adin Ross Accidentally Snitches On Andrew Tate

Ross, who has been one of Andrew Tate’s lackeys for a long time, read a message he received from him while livestreaming on Kick. According to a clip from this stream, the message read: “Hey, I’m gonna be leaving Romania soon and probably never coming back. If you want to come over and do a week of long streams and content before I leave, I think it’ll be big. It’s basically now or never.”

Neither Ross nor anyone in his team have commented on this matter yet, and have not responded to requests for comment. A spokesperson for the Tate brothers told Rolling Stone, that “we unequivocally deny any accusations that Andrew or Tristan Tate intends to abscond from Romania to evade the judicial proceedings,” and that Ross “misconstrued Andrew’s message to him.”

The Tates were previously arrested in December 2022, being accused of human trafficking, rape, and organized crime. The duo lured in and subjugated women by methods of manipulation and abuse, coercing them into performing in exploitative videos, authorities have claimed.
