Epic Games has teamed up with Amazon to make Fortnite available on browser-enabled devices with Luna! We show you how to play Fortnite now on PC, iOS and Android via Amazon Luna.
Anyone with an Amazon account can play Fortnite with cloud streaming on Windows PC, macOS, iOS and iPadOS, Android phones, Chromebook and Chrome browser, Microsoft Edge, Fire tablets and Fire TVs, and select Samsung Smart TVs! All you need to have is a Luna+ or Amazon Prime subscription.
We'll show you how!
Amazon Luna Explained
Amazon Luna is another cloud gaming platform officially supported by Fortnite, similar to GeForce NOW and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Since Amazon Luna streams games via the cloud, it works well on most compatible devices with a stable internet connection.
Amazon recommends an internet speed of at least 10 Mbps for the best gaming experience. So as long as your connection to the internet isn't made from bamboo, playing Fortnite through your browser won't be a problem thanks to Amazon Luna.
How To Log Into Fortnite Through Amazon Luna On PC, iOS & Android
Logically, you'll need either an Amazon Prime membership or a Luna+ subscription. To test Amazon Luna, you can also sign up for a free seven-day trial of Luna+. To finally be able to play Fortnite, proceed as follows:
- Go to the Fortnite Amazon Luna website for your region
- Click on "Play now"
- Sign in with your Epic Games account or create a new one.
- Jump into the Battle Royale!
All Amazon Luna players can play Fortnite with touch controls on mobile. Players who prefer a different control input can use a keyboard-and-mouse on Windows PC, macOS, and Chromebook, or use a Bluetooth controller (including the Luna Controller) on any Luna-supported device.
