In a major update for the PUBG Mobile esports calendar, the PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL) CSA Fall 2025 has been rescheduled and relocated following the recent Gen Z-led unrest in Nepal. Originally planned for Kathmandu, then shifted online for safety, the tournament will now be conducted as a full offline event in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from October 10 to 15, 2025, with all teams competing on-site for optimal fairness and play quality.

Why Was PMSL CSA Fall 2025 Postponed?

Nepal has been witnessing massive demonstrations led largely by Gen Z youth who are protesting against corruption, nepotism, and the government’s now-repealed ban on major social media platforms.

According to Reuters, the protests since September 8 have resulted in at least 51 deaths and hundreds of injuries. Former Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli resigned after demonstrators broke into the Prime Minister’s residence, with the country still grappling with political uncertainty as talks for an interim government continue.
