The PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2024 is heating up, and Group Yellow just wrapped up its intense League Stage with some thrilling performances. Out of the 16 teams in Group Yellow, three teams managed to secure their spots directly in the PMGC Grand Finals. The Top Three Teams from Group Yellow: Team Spirit, DRX, and Alpha7 Esports
After four days and 24 matches, Team Spirit, DRX, and Alpha7 Esports rose to the top of the standings in Group Yellow. Each team put on a great show for PMGC 2024, fighting for every point and staying consistent throughout. These three teams now get to skip the next stages and head straight to the Grand Finals, where they’ll face the best teams from around the world.
- Team Spirit: This team dominated the League Stage, scoring 225 points and taking first place. Team Spirit not only led the points table but also built a solid 35-point lead over the teams in second place. They won three matches and kept their performance strong day after day. Their fans are thrilled to see them heading directly to the Grand Finals.
- DRX and Alpha7 Esports: These two teams finished with 190 points each, tying for second place. DRX had an especially strong showing on Day 3, with back-to-back wins that boosted their rank. Alpha7 Esports also maintained a steady performance throughout the stage. Even though they didn’t beat Team Spirit, they performed well enough to earn their Grand Finals tickets.

Performances during PMGC 2024 League Stage and Teams Going to the Survival Stage
The PMGC League Stage for Group Yellow was full of twists and turns. Different teams had their moments, and several matches showed just how close the competition was.
On Day 1, Major Pride made a splash with a 25-point victory right out of the gate. Vampire Esports also looked strong early on, winning consecutive matches. But as the competition went on, some teams struggled to keep up their momentum. For instance, Miraen Sejong from South Korea reached first place by Day 2, but couldn’t hold onto it. DRX surged on Day 3 with a powerful comeback, pushing them into the top ranks. Team Spirit, however, held onto their lead till the very end, finishing the stage in first place.
While Team Spirit, DRX, and Alpha7 secured their spots in the Grand Finals, teams ranked 4th to 11th in Group Yellow aren’t out yet—they’ll go on to compete in the Survival Stage. Major Pride, which finished just six points behind Alpha7, will lead this group into the Survival Stage. Other notable teams like Vampire Esports and D’Xavier also made it to the Survival Stage, but they’ll need to battle it out for one of the final Grand Finals slots.
The bottom five teams, however, were eliminated from the tournament. They gave it their all, but in such a competitive environment, only the best can move forward.

What’s Next for the PMGC 2024?
The PMGC 2024 schedule has plenty more action in store. The Group Red League Stage will take place from November 7 to 10, followed by Group Green. Each group will compete to determine the remaining teams for the Survival Stage, which will run from November 20 to 22. Here, the teams that placed 4th to 11th in each group will get one more shot to reach the Grand Finals. The Last Chance Stage on November 23 and 24 will then give the top teams one final opportunity to secure a spot in the Grand Finals, happening from December 6 to 8 in London.
Fans are eagerly awaiting these upcoming stages, as the tournament’s intensity is only going to increase. From tough battles to strategic plays, the PMGC has already shown why it’s the premier championship for PUBG Mobile.
