Marvel’s first superhero family is entering new territory: The Fantastic Four are coming to Fortnite!
Let's get the obvious joke out of the way: The Fantastic WHAT are coming to Fortnite!? Calm down: it's the Fantastic Four. And they're getting skins in Fortnite.
Starting July 26, 2025, at 2:00 AM CEST, you’ll be able to drop in as these legendary heroes – complete with iconic outfits, emotes, and signature gear. But true fans can unlock these new skins before they hit the Item Shop: the “Fantastic Four Cup”, starting on July 23, 2025, gives you the chance to secure Mister Fantastic, the Invisible Woman, the Thing, and the Human Torch ahead of everyone else!
How the Cup Works
The “Fantastic Four Cup” is a classic team-based Battle Royale competition. Within a three-hour time window, teams can play up to ten matches. The goal is to score as many points as possible – only the top teams in each region will earn these exclusive rewards.
On top of the outfits, there are special cosmetics up for grabs:
- Survive 60 minutes to get the “Let’s Go!” Spray.
- Stay in the game for 120 minutes, and you’ll unlock the “Flame On!” Emoticon.
You can find the exact event times for your region in the “Compete” tab in-game.
These Outfits and Extras Await You
- Johnny Storm – The Human Torch: Who doesn’t know him? Johnny Storm can transform into the blazing Human Torch using his built-in “Flame On!” emote. His universal pickaxe, the “Torch’s Flame”, brings a fiery trail to the battlefield.
- Ben Grimm – The Thing: With the alternate style “The Thing”, Ben Grimm becomes an unstoppable force of nature. Beneath the rocky exterior beats a heart of gold – but in Battle Royale, he’s all power.
- Reed Richards – Mister Fantastic: The team’s stretchy leader is a must-have. His outfit comes with the universal pickaxe “Fantastic Fists”, showing off his elastic powers. The “Fantastic Calculations” emote has him working out the next big idea – coffee cup in hand, of course.
- Susan Storm – The Invisible Woman: With Susan Storm, you can overcome obstacles like never before. Her psionic powers shine through the universal “Psionic Spheres” pickaxe, which works perfectly with any outfit.
