Goat Simulator will receive a new remake for PC, PS5 and Xbox. This was first announced by Coffee Stain Studios during the Gamescom Opening Night Live in August, but now we finally have a release date.

Will the remake be worth it?

The remake will include a handful of things, such as better graphics and a bunch of little bug fixes... only the boring ones, of course! All the messy and fun big bugs are obviously still in the game. What would it be without them?

They will also rework the Mutator Menu for better navigation.

But most importantly, that's what we're all here for, the remake will include all DLCs for the base game. Meaning that Goat City Bay, Goat MMO, Goat Z, PAYDAY, Waste of Space and Buck to School from the mobile version, will be included in this all-in-one package.

Release date and price

Goat Simulator: Remastered will be released on November 7, 2024, for all platforms, but we do not know how much it will cost — or if it will cost anything at all. So far, it looks like it will be released as a game on its own, including everything from its predecessors, so the likelihood of it costing a decent amount is high.

We will keep you updated if any new information is published by Coffee Stain Studios or Steam!

What are your thoughts on the remake? Do you think it was necessary, or will you just stick to the very first version of Goat Simulator? Feel free to share your opinions in the comments!
