Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link has been delayed.
First announced in April 2022 in honor of the 20th anniversary of Kingdom Hearts, fans have been waiting passionately for Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link. And for now, it’s... well... Still missing.
And it seems like it will be for a while, since the official X (former Twitter) account of the game just announced a delay without mentioning a new release date or any further information.
While preparing for the launch of "KINGDOM HEARTS Missing-Link", we have made the difficult decision to delay the release. We sincerely apologize to all players who have been looking forward to the release. We appreciate your patience. Please look forward to further information.

A closed Beta in 2023 gave fans a first view into the game, during which players claimed to experience an immense draining of their battery. Another beta test for Android was planned for January of this year, but in the end happened in May and included iOs users as well.
The game play seems to be highly influenced by Niantic’s mobile titles like Pokémon Go, featuring raids on an “astral layer” and another story focused layer including beloved Disney characters.
