As announced by Chinese game developer KingnaGame, the third fantasy RPG installment of their Ryukyu Hidden series will be released next year.

Redemption of Liuyin is an action RPG that mixes an ancient style with fantasy elements heading towards PlayStation 5, Xbox and Steam in 2025 with English, Japanese, traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and Korean language support.

An ancient world full of fantasy

The game's story is about the fragments of the spirit stone that are supposed to cure every disease and even regenerate nature. Evil forces, rampant monsters as well as the mysterious organization of the protagonist are trying to gather as many fragments as possible. The world of Redemption of Liuyin is dark and grim but full of mysterious, beautiful magic in a Chinese setting that immediately draws you in – at least when you’re not fighting for your life.

An intense combat experience

The gameplay focuses on a combat system that calls for attack while hesitation might lead to defeat, creating an intense, sweat drenched fighting experience for players. You have to analyze and forge your own combat strategies and learn more and more martial art skills to build your own combat style between three active and three passive systems to quickly defeat and suppress your enemies.

Multi-branched story

The way you play the game and the order in which you fight enemies affects the main story. Each branch leads to slight differences in the plot structure and to changes in boss fights or other happenings in the rich, thrilling story line.

Kingna Game plans to release Redemption of Liuyin in 2025 for PlayStation 5, the Xbox series and PC via Steam.
