This event took place on June 24, 2024, featuring Carnival Gaming against Frag Theory in a best-of-five showdown. SpawN, with previous victories in the Esportz Premier Series 2023 and the Skyesports Showdown, clinched his third CS2 title and secured back-to-back wins in the Gladiator's League.

SpawN and his team started strong against CRESCENT, winning convincingly in the group stage. Carnival Gaming then faced WahWah in the quarter-finals, initially losing but making a comeback to win decisively.
In the semi-finals, Carnival Gaming dominated Come Mid, securing a spot in the Grand Final.
On the other side, Frag Theory began with a close win against the Lushai squad and then defeated WahWah in a thrilling match to reach the quarter-finals. They reverse-swept Griffins Esports in a dramatic series and defeated Victores Sumus in the semi-finals to advance to the Grand Final.
Gladiator's League Season 4 Grand Final Match Summary
After facing a one-day delay because of technical issues, the Grand Final of Gladiator's League Season 4 began on 25th June. Carnival Gaming and Frag Theory squared off in a best-of-five showdown after 15 days of intense competition.
The series began with Frag Theory dominating early on in Anubis, taking a 6-0 lead on their T side. However, Carnival Gaming staged a remarkable comeback, ending the first half tied at 6-6 and then winning 11 consecutive rounds to secure a 13-7 victory and a 1-0 series lead.
On Ancient, both teams traded rounds evenly until Carnival Gaming seized momentum with a two-round lead in the second half, eventually winning 13-7 to go up 2-0 in the series.
The event started with Carnival Gaming again taking an early lead, but Frag Theory fought back from a deficit to tie the score 11-11. In the final round of regulation, EmbeR's clutch play prevented Carnival Gaming from forcing overtime. Despite a strong performance from Rider, who had 34 kills with the AWP, Carnival Gaming won in double overtime with a 19-16 score, securing a clean 3-0 series win.
Carnival Gaming's victory in the Gladiator's League Season 4 marks their second CS2 tournament win, with SpawN earning his third CS2 title and consecutive Gladiator's League victories after winning with Enigma Gaming last season.
Carnival Gaming earned INR 30,000 in prize money, while Frag Theory received INR 15,000.
