GodLike Esports has made a major roster shakeup by signing BGMI stars Mohammad “Manya” Raja and Rudra “Spower” Banswani, signalling a new era ahead of the 2026 competitive season.
The announcement came on October 15, 2025, just days after the organisation parted ways with captain Ashutosh “Punkk” Singh and support player Kaushal “Simp” Jaiswal. Following a disappointing 13th-place finish in the BGMI Showdown (BMSD) 2025, which cost GodLike crucial international qualifications for the BMIC and PMGC 2025, the team undertook a full-scale restructuring to regain its top-tier status.
GodLike Signs Manya and Spower for 2026 Season
The official Instagram post announcing the roster update read: “Old bonds, new beginnings, the reunion we all waited for. Welcome Manya and Spower.”
The post was met with overwhelming excitement from fans, many dubbing it a “reunion of champions.” Both new members have previously played together across multiple organisations and bring a wealth of experience and synergy to the table.
Manya: The New Captain and Brain of the Squad
Mohammad “Manya” Raja, now appointed as the In-Game Leader (IGL), is one of the most accomplished tacticians in Indian BGMI esports. Known for his strategic insight and composure, Manya boasts a decorated career that includes victories at:

After leaving Team Soul in July 2025, Manya had short stints with Global Esports and Wyld Fangs, but his leadership qualities always caught attention. Now, as GodLike’s new captain, he aims to rebuild the team’s coordination and consistency — two areas where the squad had struggled this year.
