As the action continues at the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2025, the second day of the group stage delivered another thrilling set of matches. Hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the tournament runs from July 25 to August 3 with a massive $3 million prize pool. After 12 total matches played across two days, we now have a clearer picture of the top-performing teams.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about the PMWC 2025 Group Stage Day 2 Points Table and how the teams are stacking up so far.

PMWC 2025 Group Stage Day 2 Points Table: Who’s Leading?

4Thrives Esports, representing Pakistan, continued their dominant form and now sits firmly at the top of the table with 111 points after Day 2. With consistent high placements and Chicken Dinners on Day 1, they extended their lead on Day 2 and are now the clear favorites heading into the final day of group matches.

Following them is DRX from South Korea with 89 points, thanks to some solid matches throughout both days. Team Secret isn’t far behind, currently in third place with 86 points. Other strong contenders include Regnum Carya Esports(81 points), Alter Ego Ares (78 points), and Yangon Galacticos (75 points).

Here’s a quick look at the top 8 teams:

If the group stage ended now, these teams would directly qualify for the Grand Finals.

Who’s in Danger?

Some big names are surprisingly low on the leaderboard. Influence Rage, IDA Esports, and ThunderTalk Gaming are all struggling to stay in the race for the top 8. Even last year's champions, Alpha7 Esports, have slipped to 8th place, with just a narrow lead over those trying to break into the top bracket.

At the bottom of the table, GAMAx Esports is facing a tough battle, sitting at only 5 points. Others like KINOTROPE Gaming, Nongshim Redforce, and eARENA are also at risk of elimination if their performances don’t improve during Day 3.

What’s Next After Day 2?

The PMWC 2025 group stage wraps up on July 27 with six more matches. Once the final standings are determined:

  • Top 8 teams will move directly to the Grand Finals.
  • The remaining 16 teams will head to the Survival Stage (July 29–30).
  • From there, the best 8 will also reach the Grand Finals.

The Grand Finals (August 1–3) will feature 18 matches. On Day 3 of that final round, the exciting “Smash Rule” will be in play, where the first team to reach match point and then win a Chicken Dinner becomes the champion.

Overall, the PMWC 2025 Group Stage Day 2 Points Table shows how competitive this year’s tournament has become. With 4Thrives leading strong and many favorites like Alpha7 under pressure, Day 3 is going to be a nail-biter. Will the underdogs rise? Or will the top teams stay dominant? We’ll find out soon.
