The Wuthering Waves 1.2 maintenance schedule has been revealed and it details the expected downtime and what players can look forward to during the update.
The popular game Wuthering Waves is getting a big update, version 1.2, called "In the Turquoise Moonglow." This update brings new characters, events, and cool features to the game, but it also means the servers will be down for a bit.

Wuthering Waves 1.2 Pre-Load Details
Some players will be able to preload the 1.2 update on their PCs starting on August 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). But do note that this preload is only available to a limited number of players, so not everyone will be able to do it. The preload size is quite huge going from 23 GB to 30 GB on PC, and about 15 GB on mobile devices.
So, it’s a good idea to make sure your device has enough space for the update, especially if you plan to preload it. And if you’re using a mobile device, connect to Wi-Fi before downloading, since the update is quite large.
When Does the Maintenance Start for the Wuthering Waves 1.2 Update?
The maintenance for the 1.2 update is set to start on August 15, 2024, at 6:00 AM (UTC+8). The servers will be offline for about seven hours. And if everything goes as planned by the developers' team, players should be able to log back in and enjoy the new content by 1:00 PM (UTC+8).
