Rocksteady greenlights remake of Batman: Arkham Asylum following Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League's poor reception

Dark says Rocksteady has not given up entire on the Suicide Squad title. They hope to revive it with a comeback of the "real" Batman along with one of the most iconic supervillians in DC universe, Deathstroke.
The developers are also keen to continue the Arkhamverse. However, the original voice cast will be replaced by that of Arkham Origins, mainly because of the demise of Kevin Conroy in 2022.
Currently, we have no idea if this remake comprises of small tweaks here and there or a full-fledged overhaul of the original. The latter option is unlikely because the the game still holds great to this day. Of course, this is assuming the remake is, in fact, underway, something which only official sources can verify.
